Concept

Sonic Racing reprend les principes de Team Sonic Racing, dont il a servi à faire la promotion lors de sa sortie. Le jeu mobile n’a cependant pas les mêmes commandes : à la manière d’un Sonic Dash, le bolide avance tout seul et le freinage a été retiré du gameplay.
